VenaSeal Closure Procedure

VenaSeal Closure Procedure is the newest treatment that we offer at Oceana Vein Specialists. VenaSeal only requires 1 needle stick and only a small amount of local lidocaine for numbing. A small amount of adhesive is injected within the diseased vein, effectively closing the vein and shutting down abnormal blood flow to that region. The VenaSeal procedure is very well tolerated and take approximately 45 minutes in our office. The most exciting thing about VenaSeal is there is no need to wear compression stockings after the procedure!
