Below are several examples of patients that were treated with The ClosureFast RF Ablation procedure for their varicose veins. Once the main feeder veins are treated with this technique, the branch varicose veins will disappear over time. Often, symptoms such as pain, throbbing and discomfort are greatly relieved immediately after the procedure. Some patients may require additional microphlebectomy or sclerotherapy in order to fully treat the smaller branch veins and spider veins.

Patient 1

54 year old female who presented with bulging painful varicose veins. Dr. Adam Isadore performed an endovenous radiofrequency ablation on the left great saphenous vein followed with phlebectomy of the varicose vein tributary. Treatment was performed during 2 office visit spaced 4 days apart. Photo notes complete healing and fantastic cosmetic result 1 month status post treatment.

54 year old male who presented with painful bulging varicose veins. Patient had prior history of deep vein thrombosis and several treatments at outside vein center, without resolution. Dr. Adam Isadore performed an endovenous radiofrequency ablation of the right great saphenous vein followed by 2 rounds of large vein foam sclerotherapy. Phlebectomy was not an option in this patient due to patient being on blood thinning medication for prior deep vein thrombosis. Post procedures photos demonstrates near complete resolution of bulging varicose veins.
